Preview

This gives a preview of what your final SMS message will look like - this is especially useful for bulk messages with tokens in them.

Compose your SMS in the composition window (using tokens if you wish). Once you have completed writing the SMS click the ‘Preview’ button. This causes the preview screen to load.

On the preview screen you can see everyone that you are sending the SMS to in the left hand pane. The people are grouped according to distribution lists, any duplicates are automatically removed. If you click on a name you will be shown a preview of the final SMS text to be sent to that person in the right hand pane. Values will be placed into the tokens.

You can use the '<<Previous' and 'Next>>' buttons to navigate through the names or click on anyone in the list.

Once you are finished previewing, click 'Done' to return to the composition window.
