Eugene Volschenk - HR Director

Eugene Volschenk graduated in 2000 from the Graduate Academy of South Africa with a BCom degree in Marketing Management. He worked initially as a general manager before taking up a position in 2002 as a business consultant with Internex, an engineering and business management consulting firm During his three year tenure with the company, Eugene developed and successfully implemented ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems for a number of prominent South African companies, including: Transtel, TFMC (Total Facilities Management Company), Branell Manufacturing and Huge Telecom. |
The latter assignment resulting in Eugene accepting a position at Huge Telecom in 2005 as the National Business Manager driving continuous improvement within the company and also overseeing the day to day operations in the Gauteng Region.
Eugene was promoted to Regional Director of Gauteng in 2008 and to HR Director in 2009. Eugene continues to deliver regular improvements to the business as a whole whilst driving the company's HR strategy through the changing telecommunications landscape.
